Client Portal

When I try to upload a tax return for signature to the MYOB Portal I get the following message:-

 

Sorry, you dont have access to the client or portal

 

Not good on May 16!

Hi @MareePP 

 

The error you are experiencing will occur in various scenarios like below:

 

- Contact sync is in error(Red) or not running on your Server
- Created a client in AO/AE while the sync is in error and the client is not synced to the portal.
- Team security is applied to the client in AE/AO and the user is not on the authorized list.

 

Please make sure the client is showing in the portal client's list, if it's not showing in the client's list, follow the below article to troubleshoot it.
