MYOB Team App

I made an account a week ago and every time I try login to the MYOB Team App I get 

'A problem occurred attempting to loafs MYOB Team. Please try again later' 

 

I need to login in to log my hours at my new job and I don't know how to fix it.

Thank you for your posts. So I can take a look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the following. 

  • your Serial Number and Account Name
  • Email address of the staff member who is encountering the error
  • Screenshot of the error message
