Hello

I need to use MYOB team for a client that just needs it for the holiday pay/personal leave/long service leave requests.

They are monthly pays, also work 40 hour weeks.  I have spoken with MYOB. they say you have to do timesheets , this client does not want his employees to have to do as  they are all on salary and always work the 40 hours.  

My problem is MYOB Team only seems to work for a 38 hour week and also cannot be used for just leave requests.

Is there anyway that someone knows how this can be done? otherwise the client is going to move to Xero which does everything they want to do

I have the same problem with the guys working 40 hours, but it only accounts for a 38 hr week when applying for leave. I have to change it from 7.6 to 8 every time and its annoying. They need to fix this!

This is an odd question, but instead of timesheets, can you do rostered hours? Then you just approve rostered hours instead of timesheet hours. When they apply for leave, instead of applying for "1 day" they can choose the amount of hours they apply for. It's a bit harder for them, (but not impossible) thats why I've opted to just manually change it. My guys have language barriers, so it's easier if I do the fiddly bits. Not sure if that helps?
