myob team app login in

Hi 

I still cant sign into myob team app on my phone. it kicked me out 2 days ago and i still cant sign in.

this happen s a lot to a few of my employees as well.

Sorry to hear about this. Can you please provide a screenshot of the error you get when you attempt to sign into your file ?

Hi I am also experiencing the same issue and have been for over a week. Is there a resolution as yet please?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Is this happening to all employees or just 1 employee ? 

Also, can I please get you to uninstall and reinstall the app, does this help ?
