Cancellation Request

I have asked three times to cancel service, was charged last month again, and am waiting for a livechat to follow up on this mornings cancellation request, again...

I have asked three times also, and got charged last month, am waiting for another livechat to connect.

 

Its really bad customer service, and its a shame.
