Consistently poor customer service

Wondering how others deal with customer service from MYOB. Was on hold tonight for >1 hour, then phone call taken by a person who then put me on hold for some minutes, then came back, said she was taking notes, I asked how she would help, then she transferred me to someone with whom I had to start afresh as notes not available to them and apparently not on my file. I've had issues with my payment to MYOB, really struggling to talk to someone who can actually assist or knows what is going on. 

 

Any suggestions as to how to escalate concerns?
