Hi, 

 

I am using MYOB old version V18, and have error 12029, can anyone help?

Hi @rding

 

Thanks for your post. If you are having issues confirming your company file I would recommend taking a look at Help Article: Activation and confirmation errors in particular ensuring that you do review your TLS settings - see Error: "Unable to connect to the online confirmation service" section.

 

If you're unable to confirm, please send me a private message with the below details so I can assist:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Company file code listed in the confirmation window
