Sent this message back in February 2023. Reply was sent and code given. Now I cannot get into file again....
"Unable to confirm MYOB file V14 online. I have rung MYOB several times but recorded message says they are experiencing high volumn of calls and to ring back, it then disconnects.
I also have new MYOB cloud products but require V14 for myself and a client that does not want to upgrade.
Please advise how to confirn files. Thank you."

Thank you for the post. Since it is an old version, you can now generate the confirmation code by going to http://help.myob.com/confirmation.
