extra charge which we don't order

We got the bill for June 23 but I found an chargles for MYOB business payroll usage.  What is it and how to have this charge which we never have it before.

We only use payroll for STP only.   Is MYOB can explain the extra charge for?

Regarding this, we just examined our billing choice. We are considering shifting MYOB business users to our MYOB Business Platorm as a result. Pricing for the MYOB Business Platform is more in line with what you really utilize. Your plan determines the limitations and costs.
