I have imported an Activities File using a CSV file.
The log says I imported 209 records successfully.
When I click on Lists and choose Activities, there are no records showing.
Why would this be the case.
Trying clicking the Refresh (F5) button.
If this fails, upload a copy of your log file, someone might be able to spot the issue.
The log which is attached says that I have error code -59, Duplicate Activity ID.
I have attached a screenshot of the Activities window which is clicked on the All Activities.
The message says no records exist or match your criteria.
I have entered F5 and still nothing appears.
My previous log said that there were 209 records successfully uploaded.
The current log says I have duplicate records.
The Activities window say I do not have any records.
I ticked the Show Inactive box and all of the Activities were displayed.
Glad you managed to sort it out, perhaps your import file set the Activity to Inactive, or this is the default settings. This explains why you were getting 'duplicate' errors with subsequent imports.
