Can anyone help with live chat?

I have been trying to contact MYOB for a week, and when I finally got through yesterday (sunday) the department I apparently needed to talk to dont operate on a Sunday (quite different to the hours of operation they advertise)

I am now trying to find the live chat and after logging in etc...I cannot find it anywhere.

I need to discuss urgently a problem with billing and this is seeming to be quite a struggle.
