Serial number doesn't match your account

Hi,

 

I am company accountant and I am trying to upload the company file to move to online MYOB. I always login as administrator.

Error message keeps coming up "The serial number doesnt match the one for yur subscription"

I am the only one in the company who uses and accesses MYOB so I need assistance please.

 

I have called help line with no assistance. Please help

Hi @alison_durchar 

 

That message means that the email address your using is not listed as the online owner against the serial number, preventing you from uploading the file. From what I can see on the account the person who needs to upload the file is Peter.

 

Are you able to get Peter to login to start the upload process please
