Upgrading to AccountRight 2019.1 with Multi currency

Hi

 

I have a client file which we are trying to move to the new Account right online from Classic. The however have multi currency transactions and so the file will not upgrade.

 

What do we do about this? They need a file that will have support and product updates so staying on classic is not an option. When will multi currency be fully operational?

Hi @melissa87 

 

There are some restrictions still with upgrading files with Multi Currency, we have detailed these restrictions on this support note: Upgrading a Premier multi-currency company file

 

If the file does meet the current requirements, this would only be temporary as we are aiming for our next release of AccountRight to contain the full release of Multi Currency to allow all files to upgrade. Currently an exact release date is still being determined as it's still being built on and isn't in testing phases yet, however once released we will certainly attempt to reach out to all customers who this may be plaguing to let them know this is an option now.

 

If you haven't already, I suggest checking out the AccountRight Blog as we will normally post articles here on new releases with the relevant features that come out in that release.
