Dear Sir/ Madam,
A few days ago I purchased a new subscription and received a new serial number. I need to work with two files, one of which is myo and needs to be upgraded. During the upgrade, the system required to change the serial number, since the file was used with a different serial number. I can't update this file offline because this is a multi-currency file and the system requires to be updated online.
As a result, I was unable to change the serial number. I called support, but as usual, the issue was not resolved. Could you please advise me what to do? I need to work. I lose a lot of time.
