Hi @milan
Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.
It sounds like you have accidentally deleted the payroll folders that contain the payroll database information by mistake. As you have deleted the backup files it may be very difficult to get that information back.
However in saying that if you close Payroll and go to Windows Explorer then navigate to the C Drive, Users, Public, Data, MYOB, Payroll. Do you have any folders within that Payroll folder? i..e Payroll Demo, Payroll 1. If so if you open those folders do you have any files called paytogl, pr_aud, pr_awcds and pr_code (you probably a few more similar files).
Also with the Payroll program, if you go to Tools>>Options>>System tab, what is the Path where Data files reside? Along with that do you know of any location where the payroll folders have been saved previously i.e. have you had them on a network or different location? Finally have you taken another backup of the file at some point that you still have? or do you have a sort of current file that you have given to an colleague or accountant?
Please note that I have assumed you are using the New Zealand Payroll program not the AccountRight Plus program which is what the titled is in reference to.
