Cannot email payslips

I am using MYOB Payroll 2014.2 and used to be able to send payslips by smtp.  Now I cannot send either by smtp or by emailing individually via email software.  When I click 'Email', the system hangs and I have to close the program down.  I would appreciate any suggestions.

Hi there @MML-NZ

Who is your IP provider. If it is Xtra or Farmside (and there could be others too) - they no longer allow the use of their smtp servers without authentication (a password) and Payroll cannot give that. You will need to use Outlook to send your payslips.
