Changing all employee defaults for 1 week

Hi, when there is a public holiday on a monday can I change the default ordinary time from '40hrs ord' to '32hrs ord and 8 hrs public' just for that week for all employees

That way I don't have to adjust for every employee (we have 50)

Sorry - you need to do all employees separately.

Re: Changing all employee defaults for 1 week

Hi @rusty

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge.

As @jenniek has indicated you are unable to update multiple employee's default ordinary time it does need to be done manually on a per employee basis.

Along with as you are entering a public holiday pay you might want to take a look at Support Note: Statutory (public) holiday payments in regards to the recommend process to enter those public holidays.

Do let us know if you require further assistance in regards to entering a pay that includes public holidays.

Kind regards,
Steven
