Emailing payslips

I'm using MYOB Payroll to pay my staff and issue payslips.  We use the feature to emaile payslip to the staff  which goes as as an email attachment, but when the staff receive the email, instead of a PDF payslip attachment they receive a file attachment of WINMAIL.DAT instead, which they can't open.  Can you advise how we can fix this please?  We use Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 under an Office 365 agreement with Microsoft
