Hello @ConInn
Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge. If you do have enquires don't hesitate to post them so the MYOB Community can assist.
MYOB Payroll is designed to be on a locale computer and used in single user mode. We do not support or recommend you use payroll on a terminal server/remote desktop. Generally if we get errors like this we reinstall in safe mode and check all the paths and directories are all linked up using this support note here - Uninstalling and reinstalling payroll
If you would like to keep using the payroll software on an environment like this you will need to talk to an I.T person to see what they can do to get this working for you.
I have included the minimum specifications for payroll for you to have a look at - Payroll minimum requirements

Hi @ConInn
This message means there is another folder called 20150630 in the same directory as the payroll data folder. Delete or move this and the message should disappear.
