Thank you for your post,
You can cancel your support fee by calling the sales team on 0508 328 283 they will be able to do this for you and make sure your payments do not keep coming out of your account.
With cancelling your support plan this does not lock you out of your payroll file, you can still keep using it and confirming the company file. You will just not be entitled to the upgrades and support calls/chats you have now. However you can do a pay per call if you need to.
