Payroll problem with outlook

Payroll problem with outlook

When I email my staff their payslips outlook is filtering out their pay information.  So all our staff receive is a payslip with their name, address and IRD number but anything below the top colomn is blank.

I have contacted our virus protection (norton) who uninstalled Norton and tried to resend the document but payslip was still incomplete.

I then contacted my email provider Spark who got me to send the payslip via yahoo this email was successful.  Spark advise that the problem is with Microsoft outlook. 

Does anyone have a solution where I can fix outlook so it stops deleting the information?

Thanks for your query.

This issue may be due to the Microsoft Outlook settings. We do have a Support Note on our website related to this issue - Winmail.dat attachments when sending emails.
