Re: Payslip on 2 pages

 Hi @jessgooch46

Check those employees pays, and see if they have some kind of message added to the top or bottom of their pay.  If memory serves this usually happens when someone's accidentially put a big message of line breaks (enters) in there.

Sorry can't remember the exact buttons to press on screen, and don't have Payroll installed for testing right now.

Hi @jessgooch46

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge. If you do have enquires don't hesitate to post them so the MYOB Community can assist.

As @Will_SolnX_NZ as indicated you may have added extra information for those employees via the Notes field. I would recommend going Prepare Pays>>Enter Pays>>Select that employee and select Message on the right hand side.  Click into that message and select CTRL + A on the keyboard. This will highlight all the text within that field then select delete. By doing this it will remove any characters and line breaks that you may have entered. Do select Keep this message for each pay as well.

Do let us know how you get on with making that change to the message.

Kind regards,
Steven
