Recording sick leave

I am trying to record 2 days sick leave on MYOB payroll and it will not let me put in 16 hours.  It keeps putting in a decimal point 1.6

What am I doing wrong?

Re: Recording sick leave

Hello @CurrentGen

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge. If you do have enquires don't hesitate to post them so the MYOB Community can assist.

In regards to the sick leave, depending on if the employee is salaried you should be able to enter in 2 if the employee is hourly you would need to enter in 16 for two days’ worth.

Can you please check if the employee has sick days there? Go into Maintenance>>Maintain Employees>>Leave Details>>Other Leave. Even if they do not have any available it should still record it will just give them a negative amount.

If this is still not working can you please right click on the payroll icon on your desktop and select run as admin does this make a difference?

Looking forward to hearing how you are going.

Kind regards,

Kat
