Can you clarify what version of MYOB you are using ?

Out of the box, i doubt there is a report that matches perfectly what you need, but you may be able to use custom fields, etc. to flesh out what you need.

We specialise in creating custom reports in Excel from MYOB. You can check out our website to get an idea of what we can do.

Do you want this information to come from NZ Payroll? - it looks like employee information to me.

There is no export facility from NZ Payroll - unless you can get someone to get something from the Foxpro tables.

Hello @darnielle 

I am assuming you are talking about New Zealand Payroll giving the spread sheet you have attached. You can get a report that will show most of that information but you cannot export it out.

If you go Reports>>Employee Reports>>Employee Details this will show everything on the employee card that is there currently.
