Time and Attendance won't pull clocks for an employee

Hi,

 

I have an employee that i have loaded into payroll and time and attendance, but i think something might be missing as when i bring up the daily attendance report, it does not pull up her actual clock in times. This only happens with this one person and she is a new employee of only two weeks.

Am i missing something when i loaded her in?

What version of MYOB are you using - NZ Payroll or Exo Payroll?
