Unpaid Leave - ACC

hello - we have an employee off on leave as a result of a non work place injury.  he's being covered by ACC.  How do i record this time off in Payroll, so that his annual leave calculations remain correct.  He's off for at least 2 weeks, but it could be 1 week and 2 days depending on how he heals.  Can you please LMK how i need to record this in MYOB Payroll.  Thanks!

Hi @EmmaS

 

For the first week or less use the UNPDLV code (Unpaid Leave) and anything above that use UNPDLVEX (Unpaid leave in excess of one week).  This will correctly calculate annual leave whilst the employee is on ACC.
