error backing up payroll

error backing up payroll

On trying to back up  payroll keeps saying drive doesn't exist, do you want to create it now click yes still won't create try too cancel it and same boxes keep popping up and takes me about 10mins to close payroll finally get this message error 1002 input output operation failure  Program section vaild (line 26)  current object txtDestination

 

Very very annonying.

 

Please help

Hi there,

Have you tried to remove the path that shows in the backup line, and shift it to another location - try the desktop, or the root C Drive. You need to click into the box to delete it, then click the box with 3 dots to repath it.
