the sick leave anniversary date based on the starting date ?

When is the first sick leave anniversary date? Does it based on the date when the empolyee starts or 6 months after the employee has his first sick leave entitlement?

Generally the sick leave anniversary date is set 6 months after the employee's start date and then annual after that.
To see the employee's start date go to Maintenance>>Select the employee>>Select the Employment Details tab. To check an employee's sick leave anniversary date go to Maintenance>>Select the employee>>>Select the Leave tab and then Other leave tab.

Employees are not entitled to sick leave until they have been in employment for 6 months, so their sick leave anniversary date will be 6 months later than the date they started employment making it 18 months from start date.
