Bank Reconciliation page continuously loading

Hi

 

I am having an issue with bank reconciliation. The page just sits continually loading and won't continue further.  I am using chrome, and have tried refreshing the page but just get the blue wheel everytime.

 

I am using MYOB Essentials

Hi @rjcl1996 

 

We are aware of a situation that is impacting MYOB Essentials which is impacting users' ability to produce reports. This could also impact other functions such as the Reconciliation window.

I am having the same problem with MYOB Essentials. The bank reconciliation  page won't load. So frustrating!

We are aware of Essentials running slow which could affect loading the reconciliation page as well. This is something that our team is monitoring due to the end of the financial year. I recommend trying again at a later stage and/or within a different browser.

Has this issue been fixed yet as it is still occurring for us.  Have also checked MYOB Status page and all lights are green.

I am having trouble with Bank Reconciliation, transaction history etc.

I am having the same problem too!!!  Has anyone had a response from MYOB support to help fix the error?
