Hi
I'm trying to run a Customer Invoices Report and a Customer Payments Report and they won't load - I just keep getting this error saying "Sorry, the dots just don't join up right now.
If you continue to have a problem accessing pages, please contact MYOB Essentials support."
What do I do to fix this?

Welcome to the Community Forum.
We have seen this message pop up when using Internet Explorer and MicrosoftEdge. Please try using Google Chrome.
If already using Google Chrome please check for Adobe Acrobat Extension on Chrome and turn it off. In the upper-right corner of the Chrome toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon ( and then choose More Tools > Extensions.
Alternatively, type chrome://extensions/ in the Chrome address bar and press Enter.
To turn on the Adobe Acrobat extension, click the toggle button.

thank you so much! Was getting the error when I was using Chrome. Worked fine on Internet Explorer.
