I received notification that my old essential payroll will be upgraded commencing 23 October. Until now, it hasn't been upgraded. Not sure if the upgrade has failed. I may need to switch to other company product if it can't be upgraded. Can MYOB notify me the progress?

You will be upgraded, however, our teams are still currently working on migrating all remaining files over to the new platform.
