Dear magic forum,
I'm having problem with online invoice payment.
The system seems on and off randonly. we noticed the problem a couple of months ago. we followed the steps from this forum such as cleaned the cache etc. and seemed fixed the problem. from then on, we started to do a test before sending the invoices. it seems sometimes it works, sometimes not.
Is there any easy way to find out if the online payment option will be working when the customer gets the invoice? How can we fix this problem? Surely we shouldn't be needing to monitor this everytime when sending out invoices.
