Pay super - Issue setting up - Whoops, we've hit a snag - Paysuper

Hi Team 

 

We have been having issues setting up pay super portal. 

 

I noticed that when we select the users - the mobile section does not have the option to enter the number. And it is usually after the selection of users that the pop up error comes up. 

 

I have logged a ticked before on 1 Feb 2023 and no one has gotten back to me.

 

Please assist us as soon as possible.

Thanks for your post. I'm happy to look into this for you, can you please send me a private message with the below details:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address used to sign up to pay super 
  • Screenshot of the window you're in when the error message appears
