Something has changed with this feature. I used to save complex recurring invoices for certain customers by either creating a recurring invoice from an existing one or from scratch using the recurring transactions menu. I always saved these with a frequency of "Never" as it is difficult from you products to predict this. Now when attempting to create a recurring invoice by either method or to edit an existing saved invoice, MYOB cites "ERROR: AMOUNT REQUIRED". I do not know what this refers to as all amounts are filled in as before. I can only think that it now does not like the "Never" response for the Frequency field, even though this remains as an option. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Thank you for your post. Assuming that those details in the amount field on the record have become corrupted. The data may contain letters or other illegal characters (the amount field must contain numbers only with decimals allowed). This error will also occur if the record contains negative numbers. We recommend you try refreshing the transaction, this may update the amount information on the record. If not, you may try to delete and re-enter the amount again then save as recurring after. Those steps provided will help you get rid of the error message.
