Timesheets have come through from the employees App and have all been approved in the MYOB Team Portal but have not come through to the Create Pay Run in MYOB Essentials?
How do we fix this? It's urgent we need pays to be processed.

Sorry to see that no one has replied to you yet. I recommend clearing the browser cache which can resolve some odd behaviour with the timesheets not communicating properly: Clear my cache.
If that does not resolve your issue could you please take a screenshot of the timesheet as well as Create pay run screen (redacting any employee information) then attach them along with the last 4 digits of your serial number in your reply?
