Unable to delete an imported credit card statement

Unable to delete an imported credit card statement

When I follow the instructions to delete a bank credit card statement I receive the message

'Something went wrong. Please try again later or refresh the browser'.

Despite trying many times and refreshing the browser and turning computer off and on again and trying different browsers, I am still receive the same error message.

As soon as I realised i had imported the wrong statement I tried to undo the action.

Hi Melissa,

Thanks for your offer to look into my problem.

I have attached a screenhsot of the message I receive when I click on the cross beside the file- myob(12).qif to delete it.

Hi @Berlge

 

Sorry for the delay in my response. If you're still experiencing this can you please retrieve the Chrome Console errors so I can investigate:

 

To open the console can be opened using one of these methods

  • Select the Chrome menu (3 vertical dots) and choose More Tools >> Developer Tools
  • Right click on the Chrome window and choose Inspect
  • Using the shortcut keys Ctrl + Shift + I(nspect)

Once you've opened the console:

  1. Choose the Console tab to view the logs being produced.
  2. Right click and choose Clear Console
  3. Please repeat the action that causes the error in your file. Any errors within the logs will be recorded in red error text.
  4. You can save the log as a .TXT file and attach it to this thread or please attach a screenshot

Thanks for your reply Melissa. I have no idea what any of it meant. However, today after months of trying, something ocoperated and the statement I wished to delete has been successfully deleted. Hurrah.
