Hi guys, I am experience a very strange circumstance with my myob online file
I have had one AccountRight online file for a while, which I have been opening it through the Desktop AccountRight application, and also through the web browser at app.myob.com
Few days ago I added another online file for a new company and invited users pretty well. The file works well when it is accessed through the desktop AccountRight application, however when I try to access it through the web, I can log in well, but it can not display the dashboard and the menu as it does with the other company file.
I end up getting an error that I will share its screen short here.
I have contacted MYOB help or support center, they tried and gave me lots of instructions, which I actually did, but nothing worked. They asked me to clean the cache, still nothing works. They thought the file is not confirmed, which I did but still it did not work.
If any one out there, knows where and what the issue is please help me, because I need my clients to open the file on the mobile devices.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble to open the file via the new dashboard.
I would suggest accessing the web page in incognito mode and do let me know how it goes.
