Hi,
I have been getting above error for all empployees since 29th March 2022 after updaing new version - AccountRight.
I called MYOB many times and disconnected by them after waiting (more than) 2.00 hours.
MYOB responsed to my e-mail that please check your data for error. But this problem has started after updating new version on 29/3/2022.
I checked our payroll details and MYOB confirmed our details meet ATO requirements.
The year end is apporaching and cannot continue with these error messages and uploading incomplete data to ATO. Should I move out from MYOB? because of their poor service.
Thanks in advnce.

Hi @Arul,
Thank you for your post, however, sorry to hear about your experience trying to get this resolved.
We have received reports of this happening to other users recently, however, they found fields containing invalid characters that needed to be corrected and were able to resolve the issue.
In your case, could you please advise if the error is causing the status of the report (STP) to show as 'Rejected', 'Accepted', or Accepted with Errors'?

Hi Sam,
Accepted with errors.
The ATO accepted 4 employee’s data which were added into payroll after December 2021 and all other employee’s data (35 employees) were accepted with errors.
There is no error till updating new version, that is 29/3/2022.
Thanks.

Hi,
There was no error in our data base.
Due to some technical error, MYOB server was showing we were successfully migrated to STP2, but it did not migrate in our PC. Hence MYOB technical person deleted data (log) in their server which allowed us to run migration to STP2.
