AccountRight Premier v19.13 Upgrade to MYOB 2018 ODBC integrations

Dear MYOB community,

Because of ATO's requirement of STP, we need to upgrade our current accounting software to a version that is compliant.

We are currently on AccountingRight Premier v19.13 with an active subscription. We are not using multi-currency, M-powered Payments, negative inventory or custom reports. However what it tricky is that we have custom-made integration points that integrates with our in-house production system using ODBC.

My question is:

Will the integration points continue to function after we upgrade to the latest version which is MYOB 2018? The integrations are critical to our business that they must continue to function well.

If the integrations won't work after the upgrade, what options do we have?

Thanks in advance.

Alice

Re: AccountRight Premier v19.13 Upgrade to MYOB 2018 ODBC integrations

Hi @Alice_Hu

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find it a wealth of knowledge

The AccountRight Classic range i.e. version did allow for third-party integration through the MYOB ODBC Driver. With the release of AccountRight 201x integration is done through the AccountRight API.

You can find out more information about the AccountRight API and getting started on the MYOB DeveloperCentre

Kind regards,
Steven
