I've followed MYOB advice and have activated terminated employees, reversed their ETP payments and re-done the ETP payments twice now and re-terminated them but the ETP amounts are still not showing in the EOY finalisation reports. I've emailed MYOB support twice but no reply and have spent several hours on hold to MYOB suupport with no solution still.

If you have moved from STP 1 to STP 2, please see this post regarding the issue.

This applies to clients that have terminated employees in STP 1, and have since transitioned to STP phase 2. A solution for this issue is still being worked on by our teams.
If you are still in STP Phase 1, please let me know so we can troubleshoot your case further.

Payment summaries are due this Thursday. Will it be out by then?
Also, I can't remember when I transitioned to phase 2. The termination occured in October 2021.

Hi @financehouse05,
STP 2 was only released this year, so you would have terminated the employee in STP 1 and finalised in STP 2, meaning you would be included in the issue our teams are working to resolve.
I can't provide a timeframe at this stage, however, please note that you can still finalise any other employee that is reflecting correctly in STP, it is just those affected terminated employees that you won't be able to finalise just yet.
