STP - Final Payroll Report to ATO

I have just tried to complete my Final Payroll Report to the ATO and when I checked it against my yearly payroll summary it didn't match.  I am missing two employees from the report.  I did check on Community support and one answer was to check the employment hire status - both my employees are set to "individual" .

One employee has not received a pay since end of July 2018 and the other was paid in late May 2019.

We registered for STP in April 2019 and my other employees amounts are correct.  I would appreciate it if anyone could suggest a solution

Hi @Holmesy 

 

For employees not paid since starting STP you will need to do a $0 (void) pay to create an update event and send their YTD figures to the ATO.

I have processed $0 for the 2 employees but it has not updated my EOFY finalisation figures.
