STP Reporting

We use cloud based AccountRight V2021.4.1 and have been using STP since it started without any issues.  Yesterday I had prepasred a termination pay and I have not been able to report this pay to the ATO.  I keep getting the error message attached below.  I have cleared the cache as recommended in this feed, but the issue has not been resolved.  We did install a new router in the last couple of days which may be coincidence?  I don't seem to be having any other issues.

Hi @CapEnt 

 

We have had some reports of the Payroll Reporting Centre being unavailable for AccountRight and MYOB Essentials users on the 31 of August. This situation has since been resolved by the team.

 

Have you been able to open the payroll reporting centre since? Let me know if you are still experiencing issues!

Thanks Yanike,

 

I am still having this issue with the desktop version of MYOB, however I was able to lodge the report this morning using the web/app version.  Any suggestions why that would be happening?

Hi @CapEnt 

 

I am glad to hear you were able to lodge the report.

 

However, I am not aware of any widespread issues with opening the payroll reporting centre from the desktop app. Could you go to the desktop app and switch user? When you log in with Administrator, are you able to open the payroll report centre then?

Hi Yanike,

 

I have logged on as the adminstrator and the problem still exists. 

The payroll support centre seems to time out before it opens, and then I get the error message.

We have been experiencing slow and sporadic internet speeds, but this issue with the payroll reporting centre is consistent, as I have tried opening it many, many times.

Hi Yanike,

 

We have had our IT people in the office this investigating the slow and intermittent interest issues we have been experiencing and the work they have done (replaced router & switchboard) seems to have not only solved our internet problem but also my Payroll Reporting issue.

 

I think we can mark this as solved for now.
