What is the latest on MYOB AccountEdge v16 and Single Touch Payroll?

I see this product is covered by a deferral until 31 May 2019 applied for by MYOB.

Will the software be made STP compliant between now and then? Or will businesses need to change software?

Hi @SamG

Currently, the latest version of AccountEdge Network Edition (NE), which is AccountEdge v17, doesn't contain Single Touch Payroll. This particular functionality will be added in a future update.

For clients that would be required to lodge Single Touch Payroll with AccountEdge, they have been given a referral until 30 May 2019.
