Single Touch Payroll (STP) Phase 2

Single Touch Payroll (STP) is how you send your payroll information to the ATO and it's been around since July 2018. The ATO is expanding STP to include additional information in your payroll reporting. They're calling this expansion STP Phase 2.

While changes are planned to commence on 1st January 2022, there is no requirement to action anything at this time - more be aware that there are changes on the horizon. We'll have more information about the changes that are required in your product in the future updates on this post - so do stay tuned.
