Termination STP Issue

Can someone please let us know when thtermination STP issue will be resolved. I do not like getting phone calls from the Union demanding to know why the guys Payment Summaries are not available to do their tax yet. There has been no updates from MYOB regarding how this is progressing and the lack of communication is frustrating and very unprofessional. I am tired of doing a Nil payroll for over 50 terminated employees just to see the issue has not been resolved.

I'm now getting calls from the Unions demanding to know why employee's Payment Summaries are not available. Not happy at all. Just wish MYOB would keep us informed. I've given up on doing and redoing Nil payrolls for over 50 terminated employees just to see the same result over and over.
