WHY CANT I UPDATE MY CLIENT'S MYOB'S TO STP?

Hi I have several MYOB's i need to get up to date for the start of STP2 and MYOB is still stating 'hold on'.

 

this has been the same response for ages.

 

now is a good time for me to update my client's MYOB to be compliants - not in December or January 2023 when it's a BAS & Super time.

 

please advise date and how i can update my client's MYOB's to be compliant as i dont want to get a fine because MYOB was not ready.

Hi @Jellybeans

 

Our teams are gradually unpausing STP Phase 2 for customers, when the file is ready to move to STP Phase 2 you will see this available in the payroll reporting centre. More information on this is available on our Help Article Getting ready for STP Phase 2

 

We also have obtained a deferral for STP Phase 2 from the ATO until the 1st January 2023. Details on this is available on the Help Article linked above.
