Our teams have identified the issue, and taken steps to reduce the impact. InTray should be available now, but you may still experience some errors or slow performance.

Hi everyone,
In Tray is current available, and its performance normalised.
We are aware that some clients are temporarily unable to view a number of historical In Tray documents. Please be assured that no documents are actually lost. Our teams have been working on a permanent solution, we will be releasing the fix progressively, one deployment scheduled tonight, another early next week.
If you are finding some In Tray documents 'missing', please do check it again tomorrow. Apologies for the inconvenience caused, we do appreciate your patience in the meantime.

The deployment last night was successful. We are seeing the problem resolved for most clients, but there are some edge cases that it may still occur.
We do have additional fix deployments scheduled in the next couple of days, with the aim of resolving the problem for everyone.
