Accountants Enterprise - Corporate Compliance

I have tried to lodge forms with ASIC but this has failed and an error message telling me to contact Support appears.  I then tried to cancel the lodgement. This froze everything and even if I close the programme and disconnect, when I log on again it returns to the frozen screen

Really sorry for the delayed response.
 
For any other users experiencing this also, I would suggest firslty to restart the machine.
 
If this doesn't resolve, we have a hotfix available to download - MYOB AE Corporate Compliance 3.2.0.58 (includes hotfix 30193452) - Full Install. 
 
The install, release notes and install guide for this can be found by logging in to my.myob - My Products and then Downloads.
 
Once this is installed the database verison should be 3.2.1476 which can be checked by going to Help and About Corporate Compliance and then Application Details.
 
If issues persist you can also contact our support on 1300 555 666 (AU) or 0800 94 96 98 (NZ).
