    Hi Roganslaf,

Thanks for your post. Could you please confirm which inactive files you are trying to locate? To view inactive records, follow these steps:

    1. Locate the record you want to inactivate or reactivate.
    2. Select the option "Show inactive" to display inactive records.
    3. Click the zoom arrow (▶) next to the record. This will display the record’s details.
    4. If you are inactivating or reactivating a card, account, activity, or item, click the "Profile" tab.

For more detailed information, please refer to this help article: Deactivating or reactivating a record

Feel free to post again, we're happy to help!

Sorry - no, it is the whole file - account.  We started up a family partnership from being a sole trader.  Had both running then closed the sole trader off in January - have been able to 'read only' our customer info etc until yesterday now the file no longer appears under our Accounts (as it did).

        Hi Roganslaf,

Thank you for explaining your concern.

Once you cancel a MYOB business (online file), it will indeed transition to read-only status for 60 days. However, after this period, it will be removed entirely from your account. If you'd like to access the file, there's an option on our end where we can check if we can still retrieve the data file, but this requires us to get further details about the account. Could you please send me a private message with the following details:

        • Serial number
        • Business name
        • Full name and email address

Looking forward to assisting you further.

        Cheers,

        Princess
