Invoices that have been viewed (by recipient)

Many of my customers find their invoices in spam.

 

If I'm seeking payment I'll first check that the invoice has been seen by the client, (if not, assumed in spam) but the status "viewed" in longer where it was, can someone enlighten me as to where it's gone???

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community forum. 

     

    Generally, there are multiple possible reasons why an email goes to spam depending on what email service the receiver is using. Some reasons could be trigger keywords, or setting preferences that the user (email receiver) uses could potentially identify the email as spam. Additionally, email senders won't have a way to know if the email they sent will be sent to spam. However, the activity history of the said invoice will inform us if the emailed invoice has been viewed. Here is a useful Help Article Viewing invoices that will guide you through it.  

     

    People that get the email as spam, should check their email service application for any potential reason why it's being sent to spam and fix it accordingly.
